Can a German company use a Frankfurt registered address?
Yes. When you open a company in Germany, the registered address can be in Frankfurt, or in Berlin, Stuttgart, Hamburg or Freiburg. The HCR office is at Sontraer Straße 9, 60386 Frankfurt am Main.
The registered address is used for the company registry and for mail. We can handle the address, scan incoming mail and translate letters, so you do not have to live in that city.
The address can be arranged together with formation and tax. Which city fits depends on your customers, warehouse or shop, and we can discuss that in the consultation.
The Germany office phones are +49 (0) 697 805 2981 and +49 (0) 697 805 2982. Email is h.reuss@hcr-germany.de.
